The project
Gloss black vinyl was applied to the side skirts of this grey BMW 1 Series F40. The chrome M Sport side badges were swapped for gloss black versions, adding darker details along the sides of the five-door hatchback.

The benefits
The skirt finish makes the lower body more defined against the grey paint. Matching black badges keep the smaller details coordinated, showing how localised changes can update the car without a full wrap.
