A 15% sunstrip was fitted across the top of the windscreen on this grey BMW M140i F20. The narrow dark band follows the upper edge of the screen, adding a visible styling detail above the bonnet. Close-up and overhead photographs show its position and appearance.

The benefits
A windscreen sunstrip can help soften glare from high-angle sunlight passing through that upper band. It also gives the front of the M140i a stronger visual frame while keeping the main windscreen area clear of the strip.
