The project
Onyx completed a full chrome delete on this black Jaguar XF. The exterior trim now sits closer to the body colour, with darker detailing around the grille, windows and side vents. The gallery shows the finished car alongside close-ups of the individual trim areas.

The benefits
A dechrome gives the exterior a consistent colour scheme while retaining the original body colour. On this XF, the darker trim directs attention to the grille shape and the saloon’s flowing panels.
